Water Testing

At Aquatek, we believe that proper water testing is key to determining the best treatment solutions. Every water source is unique, and there’s no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to water treatment. That’s why testing is critical to understanding the specific composition of your water and guiding our recommendations.

Aquatek Water Testing

Our trained staff offers free water testing, either at our storefront or onsite at your location. We test for key indicators like hardness, iron, sulfur, chlorine, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). These results help us determine the most suitable water treatment equipment for your specific needs. Onsite testing is the most accurate and can also confirm whether existing systems are functioning correctly. Please note that this basic testing does not include bacterial analysis. For more information on common water quality issues, check our “What’s in Your Water” article.

Laboratory Water Testing

For more in-depth analysis, our technicians can collect samples for comprehensive laboratory testing. This service is conducted onsite by our trained technicians. We collaborate closely with our resin supplier, who operates their own specialized lab, to ensure accurate and detailed results.

Basic Well Water Test

The Basic test is a great package for testing well water as it covers many minerals/metals and other inorganic compounds that can be naturally occurring due to the various geologic formations in the area. This testing package covers all the major cations, anions and physical characteristics that are important in determining what water treatment option will work the best given the water quality including:

• (29) metals and minerals

• (7) other inorganic compounds

• (9) physical

Standard Well Water Test

This standard testing package covers all the major cations, anions and physical characteristics and volatile organic chemicals that are important in determining what water treatment option will work the best given the water quality including:

• (29) metals and minerals

• (7) other inorganic compounds

• (9) physical characteristics

• (53) volatile organic chemicals
