NEW Annual Pond Filter Change Membership Program
We are now offering Annual Pond Filter Memberships for our Pond Filter Pre-Pay program that will auto-renew year after year! Never forget to have your Pond Filter changed again!
How does it work?
- Customers who become members will automatically renew on January 15th of the following year.
- A reminder notice will be sent out ahead of the date that the membership is going to auto-renew as well as any changes in price.
- Notices will only be sent by email or text message. It is up to the customer to let us know if they would like to cancel their membership, or if there are any credit card changes. Memberships can be cancelled at any time, but the membership payment will not be refunded.
- The Membership renewal price will be the same as the price of the Pond Filter Pre-Pay price for that given year, generally through January 1st and May 31st. (For 2024, the price is $145). Memberships added June 1st through December 31st will be sold at the Pond Filter Change Full Price (For 2024, the price is $250), but will auto-renew at the Pre-Pay price for the following year on January 15th.
