What Our Customer Say

Since they upgraded the size of my iron filter and water softener, it's really been low maintenance. I just glance at it once or twice a week to make sure there is nothing flashing on the screen. It works like a charm. I like having nice, clean water to shower in.

Andrew M.

Our new water softener is working awesome! Bathrooms are not orange anymore and the water tastes better!

Ashley H.

I love my reverse osmosis! I drink a lot of water and I no longer have to put water through that Brita pitcher so many times a day. I am so glad we got it!

Jessica L.

The water softener has made a huge difference. There are no longer rust stains in the sinks and toilets!

Joann S.

Our new system is fantastic. It's amazing! My appliances no longer turn orange. The quality of my water is so much better. I am pleased with the whole thing. The sale professional and the installer did a great job of going over everything with me!

David G.

We were buying pure filters for the kitchen sink and I was having to clean the white scum from the toilets on a weekly basis. I no longer have to do that with our new water softener. I can just do my regular cleaning now.

Tamara K.

Having an RO has been wonderful! The flavor of the water is better. No smell, no chlorine-it just tastes better! Plus I like knowing that I am drinking clean, healthy water!

Debbie Q.

We have horrible sulfur that we have lived with for six months. It was awful to see guests faces when they walked in and smelled the water. We had recently noticed that the electrical outlets were starting to show signs of the sulfur damaging them. It's just a relief to have it taken care of!

Kevin M.

We value our water, especially with our little kids. When we had to go a short period of time between our old RO and our new one, I was shocked at how many bottles of water we went through. The guys have been tremendous, they are top notch. I really love what you guys are doing!

Josh I.

My ice cubes are sparkling! I just love our Reverse Osmosis System, it’s awesome!

Thanks so much to Aquatek for updating my salt and water delivery. It was getting harder for hubs and myself to pick up the water so hopefully this works great. Jordan stopped by yesterday with water delivery and placed the bottles inside the house very convenient for us. Our next delivery he said will be both water and salt for our softener. An added service Aquatek provides is to text a confirmation the day before any delivery and to text the day of while they are on their way. I appreciate the follow through. Their pricing is fair with the product and delivery fee and most of all the company and their employees are assets to our community. I trust them and highly recommend.

Response from the owner:Thank you for your kind review! We're glad that you now have great water. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We lived for years with just a water softener and still had rust stains. Brandon tested our water and then made a recommendation. We are very satisfied with our new water treatment system. All of the problems are gone. The only regret is not doing it sooner. Staff is always very professional. Great place to do business. Thanks Aquatec!

Response from the owner:Douglas, thank you for the five-star review. We are thrilled the new water treatment solved the rust issue and that Brandon's recommendation was helpful. Your praise for our staff means a great deal and motivates us to keep providing excellent service. We appreciate you choosing Aquatec and your kind words. Thank you!
